Giants was assigned to me through my home warranty provider, and they exceeded all my expectations. Unlike my past experiences with unreliable and difficult-to-deal-with plumbing companies, Giants delivered exceptional service. Their communication was prompt, and they provided clear, understandable explanations throughout the process. Although we had to reschedule a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances, they kept me informed and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. Whether you’re using a home warranty or not, I highly recommend Giants for their professionalism and reliability.

Don’t recommend at all! First they lied about coming out to my rental property, my tenanted called two weeks like saying he was having the same issue. I reached out to them and they lied and said they couldn’t contact anyone I said nobody called me. They finally came out and put a bandaid on the problem. My tenant called me and said the problem wasn’t ever fixed and now is worst but was told it’s out of warranty make new ticket and be charged I will not use them again!

This is my 2nd time having them do my plumbing and they always exceed expectations. Very professional and respectful. They make sure everything is fixed before they leave. They always do a superb job!

They worked on a gas leak we had behind our oven. Proceeded to find other gas leaks under home & at hot water heater. So very thankful for all of them. Has made us feel safe again

My advice is to keep looking elsewhere. While I was deployed my wife noticed water running down the outside of the house in the vicinity of the A/C drains. Sounded like a simple fix as she relayed everything to me over the phone. Several service calls and hundreds of dollars later - still leaking. They didn't have the correct tools or equipment or didn't "do work in attics in the afternoon". It was indeed a very simple fix I corrected in less than two minutes after I returned home. Banging military families out of service fees while Dad is deployed- stay classy, Giants.

We had a leak on a Sunday evening. I called AHS to make a claim and our dispatch went to Giants. I immediately called and spoke with Jeff. Jeff was super helpful! He told me that if we wanted someone to come out I would have to pay extra because our warranty did not cover after hours dispatches. I told him I’ll pay! Lloyd came out and found out that the leak was coming from our irrigation system which is not covered under my warranty. He turned off the water to my irrigation system since I never use it and I will get it fixed later. When I do decide to fix it I will call Giants out to fix it!

Jeff and the Team at Ark-La-Flow Plumbing did a great job on the plumbing in our new house. They stand behind their work and will fight to fix any issue even if it wasn’t their fault. I plan to use them on future projects. Highly recommend you give them a call for your plumbing needs!

The crew did a great job with repairing my water leak! It's good to see good quality work especially when those traits are hard to come by anymore. On top of that the owner followed up with the work to make sure everything was good. Definately recommend!
